Welcome to Flamesshield (“Flamesshield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flamesshield website (https://flamesshield.com) and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by Flamesshield (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1.1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
1.3. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
2.1. Flamesshield provides a service designed to help users manage and limit their Google Cloud Firebase billing costs by automatically disabling Firebase resources based on user-defined rules and thresholds. The Service is intended as a tool to assist in cost management, but it is not a guarantee against all potential overspending.
2.2. Service Limitations: You acknowledge and agree that the Service has inherent limitations and may not always function as expected. These limitations include, but are not limited to:
* Delays in processing billing data from Google Cloud.
* Technical errors or bugs in the Flamesshield software.
* Changes to the Google Cloud Firebase platform or APIs.
* Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Flamesshield's control.
* User error in configuring the service, or misunderstanding the Service's functionality.

3.1. Flamesshield may offer different subscription plans with varying features and fees. Current pricing information is available on our website.
3.2. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service in a timely manner. We may use a third-party payment processor to handle payments. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information.
3.3 Subscription Renewals. Subscriptions are on a monthly or annual recurring basis. You agree to pay the subscription until cancelled.
3.4 Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If cancelling a monthly plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. If cancelling an annual plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing cycle. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of your plan.
4.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLAMESSHIELD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
4.2. FLAMESSHIELD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. FLAMESSHIELD DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
5.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLAMESSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT FLAMESSHIELD HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
5.2. SPECIFICALLY, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FLAMESSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BILLING CHARGES, OVERAGES, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED ON YOUR GOOGLE CLOUD FIREBASE ACCOUNT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSSES ARE ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY A MALFUNCTION, ERROR, OR FAILURE OF THE FLAMESSHIELD SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING YOUR GOOGLE CLOUD FIREBASE USAGE AND COSTS. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5.3. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLAMESSHIELD’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FLAMESSHIELD, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flamesshield, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Flamesshield reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Flamesshield may also update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes to the Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
